According to UNESCO, the Rig Veda is considered to be the “earliest literary document in the world.” The Rig Veda is compiled into 10 Mandalas. This arrangement was created by an illustrious sage, Veda Vyasa, who is positioned in the ancient Shankaracharya line of India. Each Mandala consists of a series of hymns--or suktas--as they are called.
Suktas are made up of the sounds of Creation. The 1st sukta of Rigveda consists of the earliest sounds of Creation, and its these sounds which are arranged into the Primordial Meditation techniques. The earliest expressions of nature are most subtle, and at the same time, contain the most energy. Other meditations utilize sounds, which may originate from some aspect of the Vedic body of literature. As truly “Primordial” Meditation, these sounds—mantras—originate from the earliest sounds of Creation.
The selection of specific sounds to use for each individual is mathematically calculated from the moon’s placement at the individual’s time, date and place of birth. Primordial Meditation offers 9-Gem Meditations which are uniquely connected to an individual. The calculator is found on our website. We also offer a Daily Gem Meditation, and this changes once or twice a day. It is mathematically calculated from the location of your device. Additionally, we offer techniques for the morning and evening, Primus and Noctis. All Primordial Meditation techniques use Primordial sounds—and all are available for free on our website or on our app.
Especially since covid, mental health disease has become an epidemic in America. People are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, suicidal ideation, and its happening across all age groups. According to the CDC, in the age group 10 to 14, suicide is the second leading cause of death and thats the same for the age group 20 to 34. This is the reason why Primordial Meditation will always be free for people to use. We want to allow anybody struggling with mental health to be able to use this on a daily basis. It will always be free, we will never charge for these profound techniques.
Primordial Meditation may be performed by simply sitting comfortably with eyes closed, or tools may be added to the meditation process. The tools that are available to use with the Primordial Meditation techniques are very special tools which have gone around the base of Mount Kailash. Mount Kailash is widely considered among many religions to be one of the most spiritual locations—if not the most spiritual location—in the world. These tools have taken the trek—the "kora"—around Mount Kailash, charging these tools with spiritual energy.
When you use these tools as part of your meditation, the effects are twofold. One is that you get supercharged by their energies within the meditation. The other benefit of these tools is in creating “durable silence.” The goal of any meditation is to enhance the quiet within you. The problem is: how to keep that quiet throughout the day when you have all these things challenging you—when life happens—it’s very tough to maintain that quiet. One of the goals of these tools is to create durable silence. This develops when you are “subtle”—when you are quiet within the meditation—and you perform subtle movements in holding these tools. Its like throwing a pebble into a very flat calm pond, creating little ripples in order to allow that pond to go back to its calm state. We want this calm which you achieve during Primordial Meditation to be taken with you throughout the day so that when little pebbles or big rocks come into the waters, the silence is not disturbed, the silence remains as the pond gets calm again. Durable silence develops naturally through Primordial Meditation and it stays that way throughout the day for you. Thats our goal with Primordial Meditation.
Enjoy and Be U.
